Millward Estates Condominiums is a seven-building condominium development located on a 9-acre site on Lakeside Drive in Lewisburg, PA. Each building contains 4 town home-style units. The end units are approximately 2200 sq. ft. in size and have 2 bedrooms/2 ½ baths. Middle units are approximately 2500 sq. ft. and have 3 bedrooms/ 2 ½ baths. Twenty units in five buildings border our lake, while eight units in two buildings border a forested area. Our condominium is fully developed. Lakeside Drive as a road is owned and maintained by our local municipality, Kelly Township.​

As stipulated by the Millward Estates Declaration, dues for both end and middle units are based on formulas related to the square footage of a basic unit. These monthly charges are used to cover expenses which include: professional management of financial services, as well as management of building exterior maintenance and grounds services. Weekly trash collection, snow removal, mowing and lawn maintenance, tree/shrub care and feeding, mulching, lake management (including water quality treatment and maintenance of fountains/aerators), and bi-annual grounds and gutter clean up are included. In addition, the Association provides replacement cost insurance on all seven buildings (constructed as a “basic unit”), excluding any construction, addition, and/or modifications made by owners, as well as the lake’s gazebo. Each owner is responsible for insuring any “upgrades” to the basic unit, as well as personal property. In addition, there is an annual capital reserve fee.
