As a property of "condominium use and ownership", Millward Estates operates somewhat differently
than a neighborhood of single family homes. Owners have title to a housing unit and share a
proportionate interest in common areas with other owners. Units periodically become available for
purchase at the discretion of their Unit Owner(s).
Community Management
Owners serve on a four-member Executive Board to oversee community management. A professional property management company handles our fees and payments, while a professional property manager is responsible for building maintenance concerns with the support of Building Captains. Each Owner is encouraged to contribute to the well-being of the community by participating in a way that is best suited to their talent, interest and availability.
